Nash stands on stage, a blackboard scrawled with numbers behind him. He is speaking, staring out into the audience.

Nash’s voice trails off. Just then a couple of men have entered the upper balcony, wearing overcoats and hats.
NASH : Sometimes our expectations are betrayed by the numbers. Variables are impossible to assign any rational value....

When Nash notices another man entering the lecture hall, he rushes off the stage and exits. The audience stares in befuddles wonder.

Nash is running down the main steps when another man appears at the base of the stairway, blocking his way. Nash stops cold.

내쉬가 중앙 계단을 뛰어내려오며 계속해서 달리는데 또 한 남자가 층계 밑에 나타나 길을 막는다. 내쉬는 그 자리에 멈춰 선다.
MAN #2 : Professor Nash!
남자 2 : 내쉬 교수님!
Nash spins and starts to run on the campus. The man follows him. When Nash is running down the steps, another man appears in front of him.
내쉬는 몸을 돌려 캠퍼스를 달리기 시작한다. 그 남자가 뒤를 따른다. 내쉬가 계단을 뛰어 내려가는데 다른 한 남자가 그 앞에 나타난다.
MAN #2 : Hold it!
ROSEN : Professor Nash? Professor Nash, let’s avoid a scene, shall we?
NASH : What do you want?
ROSEN : My name is Rosen, Dr. Rosen. I’m a psychiatrist.
NASH : Forgive me if I don’t seem persuaded.
ROSEN : I’d like you to come with me, John. Just for a chat.
NASH : It appears I have no choice.
남자 2 : 거기 서요!
로 젠 : 내쉬 교수님? 내쉬 교수님, 사람들의 이목을 피하는 게 어떤가요?
내 쉬 : 원하는 게 뭐요?
로 젠 : 내 이름은 로젠, 로젠 박사입니다. 정신과 의사입니다.

That’s when John hauls off and decks Rosen hard across the face. Bolts towards the street.
