추운날씨로 잘 알려진 북유럽 덴마크의 유니버셜 뮤직 사무실에 를 포함한 5곡의 데모 테잎을 들고 찾아온 네명의 젊은이들이 있었다. 그러나 이들에게 처음부터 관심을 보였던 사람은 하나도 없었다.

무려 다섯달이 지난 96년 4월 그제서야 먼지가 쌓인 데모 테잎을 우연히 플레이어에 걸었던 A&R담당자는 이곡이 덴마크 뿐 아니라 아바 이후 북유럽 최고의 앨범 판매고를 올리는 히트 그룹이 될 것이라는 것을 확신했다.

덴마크와 노르웨이의 거의 모든 음악 관계자들에게의 연락을 통해서 겨우 그 4명의 멤버들과 만나게 되면서 아쿠아의 시대가 시작되었다...
